Obituary

Edward Petros,45,of 110 Rose St.,Belle Vernon (Fairhope),died suddenly Tuesday April 4,1967,at 8:37 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. An employee of the Allenport plant of Pitttsburgh Steel Co.,Mr.Petros was a veteran of World War II,having served in the U.S Navy. He is survived by his widow,Florence Knaus Petros,two daughters,Valerie and Eileen,and a son,Mark,all at home,two sisters,Mrs.Irene Brennan of Pittsburgh and Mrs.Joseph (Mary) Karbowsky of Monessen,three brothers,Michael of Charleroi,John of Fairhope and Peter of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.beginning on Thursday. Funeral Mass on Saturday,April 8,1967 at St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
