Alexander Nagy;aged 77 years;411 Sixth St.;Donora;died Friday;November 29;1957;at 6 o’clock in Washington Hospital;Washington;Pa.;after a year’s illness. He was born in Hungary on May 12;1880;and had been a resident of Donora since 1910;coming there from Toledo;Ohio. The deceased was a car repairman for the Donora-Southern Railroad until his retiremeent seven years ago. Surviving are his wife;Mrs.Anna Nagy;a son;Paul Nagy of Belle Vernon;two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren;a sister;Mrs.Susan Varro of Michigan. Friends are being received at the Schwerha Funeral Home;545 Thompson Ave.;Donora. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon from the funeral home with Rev.Lewis J.Nagy of McKeesport;officiating.
