A former Belle Vernon man,Michael McCune,60.of 53 Donner Ave.,Monessen,died in Blairsville State Hospital Wednesday, July 8,1970 at 4:50 a.m. after a lingering illness. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his mother,Mrs. Mary Marini of Belle Vernon; eight sisters, Mrs. Jay Koslosky,Mrs. Ferman (Rose) Zeli,Mrs. Ange Koslosky,Mrs. Sue Baker,Mrs. Edward Sichi,all of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Henry (Stella) Rogers of Charleroi,Mrs. Adam (Gina) Mickiewicz of Niagara Falls, N.Y. and Mrs. Amour (Dolores) Michaux of Charleroi and brother, Albert of Levittown. Friends will be received at Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m.,Thursday and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. on Friday. Requiem High Mass in St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon at 10 a.m. Saturday,July 11. The Very Rev. Martin J. O'toole,pastor, will officaite. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
