Mrs. Rose M. Mayernik, 66,of 70 Scenery Blvd.,Monessen,died Wednesday,June 11, 1969 at 12:30 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. She was admitted to the hospital six weeks ago. Born in Cecil,Pa.,she had lived in Monessen 21 years,moving to Monessen from North Charleroi. Her husband, Michael,died in 1935. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dolores Manos of Monessen,with whom she made her home,and Mrs. Nuncio (Rosemary) Battista of Monessen; a son, Albert of Charleroi;six grandchildren;a brother, Alex Barrett and a sister, Mrs. Jane Venneer,both ot Weirton,W.Va. Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral Home,Monessen after 7 p.m. June 12. Service there Saturday,June 14,at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Hartzell Michael,pastor of Lynnwood Lutheran Church,officiating. Interment, Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rhome funeral directors in charge.
