Carl McCrory,82,of Prospect St.,Fayette City,died Friday, April 11,1969 at 8:05 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital,following a brief illness. He was born in Fayette City,April 12,1887,the son of Charles and Cora Beeson McCrory. He was a retired carpenter. Survivors are one son, John C. McCrory of Allenport,two daughters,,Mrs. Raymond (June) Dunlap of Brownstown,Fayette City R.D.1,and Mrs. Benjamin (Catherine) Hitchcock of Belle Vernon,several nieces and nephews and eight grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City. Services will be held there Monday,April 14 at 1:30 p.m. in charge of the Rev. John W. McLeister,pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Fayette City. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W. McCrory of Fayette City is the funeral director.
