Helen Muzina,68,of Arnold City,entered peacefully into rest Thursday, March 15,2001 in Havencrest Nursing Center, Carroll Township,after a lengthy illness. She was born May 30,1932,in Arnold City,a daughter of the late Michael and Anna Vlasic Muzina. She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,Fayette City,the Handmaids of Holy Spirit,the Polish National Lodge and Naomi Social Club. Survivors include one brother,John (Bud) Muzina and wife,Kay of Monongahela;one sister,Stefana (Stef) Barber and husband James of Roscoe;and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents,three brothers, Joseph, Jack and Charles (Chuck) Muzina and two sisters, Thressa Hudock and Ann Ferencz. Friends will be received in the ED MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES,INC.,1008 Furlong Ave.,Roscoe,on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. FunerAl services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home,with the Rev. Leon and McAlpin of Holy Spirit Church,Fayette City,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
