Mrs. Josephine Mitchell Patterson,32,of 1404 Fifth Ave.,Pittsburgh,formerly of the Mon Valley,died Saturday,Oct. 14,1967 at 2:35 a.m. in Mercy Hospital,Pittsburgh. She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Belle Vernon. Surviving are a son,Thomas Mitchell of Pricedale;her parents,Julius and Marie Stitch Sr.of Pricedale;three brothers, Nathaniel Stitch and Julius Stitch Jr. of Pricedale and Jerome Stitch of Cleveland,Ohio and a sister, Mrs. Catherine Carter of Kansas City,Kan. Friends will be received at her parents home after 6 p.m. Oct. 16. Service Wednesday,Oct. 18,at 11 a.m. in Antioch Baptist Church,Belle Vernon,with the Rev. P.L. Greene,pastor of the Zion Baptist Church in Connellsville,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. William R. Taylor of Monessen is funeral director.
