Mrs. Carrie Mallino,72,of 648 McKee Ave.,Monessen,died Tuesday, March 28,1967,at 8:40 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessn Hosptial after a short illness. She had been in declining health. Mras. mallino was a member of Covenant Christian Church of belle Venron. Born in Italy,she had been a Monessen resident since 1925. Surviving are her husband, Joseph Sr.;six children,Rose Mallino and Anthony of Monessen, Mrs. Walter (Mary) Pustelak of Donora,Isabelle Mallino of New York City,Mrs. Michael (Yola) Guzanick at home,Joseph Jr. of Detroit, Mich;sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a brother,Joseph Caputo of Fairmont, W.V.,and many nieces and nephews. A son, John, died in 1961. Friends are being received at the H. Denver Rhome Funeral Home,Monessen. Servce there Friday,March 31,at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Joseph Marasco,pastor of Covenant Christian Church in Belle Vernon,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. H. Denver Rhome,funeral director.
