Mrs. Mary Baldis Miller,82,formerly of Monessen,died at the home of her daughter,Mrs. Clair Anderson,1031 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Tuesday,Aug. 29,1961 at 6:35 p.m. She was born in Germany on Dec. 22,1878. She was a member of the St. Sebastian R.C.Church of Belle Vernon,the Confraternity,the L.C.B.A. Branch of Monesen. She had resided in Belle Vernon since the death of her husband,Philip Miller,Aug. 22,1944. She is survived by two sons, William J. Miller of North Charleroi,Albert P. Miller,of Monessen,one daughter, Mrs. Clair (Mary) Anderson,of Belle Vernon,three brothers, William,Charles and Hugh of Greenock,one sister, Mrs. Dora Streets of Versailles,three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem High Mass will be sung in the St. Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,by the Rev. Andrew King,Friday,Sept. 1,1961,at 9 a.m.,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D. Ferguson of Belle Vernon is the funeral director.
