A former Monessen merchant;
Albert D. McQuaide; 90; was
found dead in his home at 933 Schoonmaker Ave. in Monessen
Monday;October 24;1960; at 3:25 p.m.
Death was from natural causes;
according to Westmoreland
County Coroner Stephen D. Yoney;
Monessen.
For many vears Mr McQuaide
was associated with the Coughenour
Plumbing and Heating Co.
located next to the State Armory
at Ninth St. and Donner Ave. He
later acquired the business and
named it the McQuaide Plumbing
and Heating Co. He also sold
gasoline and oil at the establishment.
The body was taken to the
Yoney Funeral Home; Monessen.
McQuaide has no known relatives.
