Obituary

Harry A. Moore,58,of House 66,Pricedale,died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital,Friday Aug. 17,1956 st 11:45 p.m.,after a short illness. He was a World War I veteran,and was formerly employed as a miner at the Banning No. 1 mine of Republic Steel Corp. Survivors include his wife, Ann Moore;two sons, Harry A.,Jr.and James A. and one daughter,Mrs. Mildred Prather,all of Pittsburgh;three brothers,Robert Burton and Harvey Simpson,of Pittsburgh,and James Moore,of Pricedale,and two sisters, Mrs. Jean Owens of Greenburg,and Mrs. Ruth Russell of Pittsburgh.  Eight grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the Draper Funeral Home,and services will be held in the Draper Chapel at 1:30 p.m. August 21. Rev. J.E. Jarrett,of the Union Baptist Church,will officiate. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly Draper,funeral director.
