James Minnie;aged 39 years;of Pricedale;died Wednesday;May 9;1956;at 7:30 p.m.in Deshon Veterans Hospital at Butler. He was born June 3;1916. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War II. Surviving are three sisters;Sylvia;Viola and Vella;all at home;three brothers;Robert;also a patient at Deshon;Leroy at home;and Joseph of Pricedale. Friends will be received at the Pleasant Green A.M.E.Church in Pricedale after 1 o’clock Sunday afternoon;May 13;1956. Serrvices will be held there Monday;May 14;1956;at 10:30 a.m.and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rev.Andrew Chaney will have charge of services. George M.McCrory and Son are the funeral directors.
