Dallas A. Logan,36,of 62 Marion Villa,Belle Vernon,died Tuesday,Aug. 30,1977 at 12:45 p.m. in the Charleroi Division of the Mon Valley Hospital following an illness of several years. Mr. Logan was born in Pricedale on Sept. 15,1940,a son of the late McKinley and Mattie Logan. He was preceded in death by his father on Nov. 1,1967,by his mother on June 15,1975 and by a brother,James Logan in January of 1977. Survivors include one brother, Ernest Logan of Detroit,Mich.;three sisters, Mrs. Hayward (Inez) Wilson of Pricedale,Mrs. Alonzo (Beryl) Woods of Brooklyn, N.Y. and Mrs. Robert (Shirley) Woodson of Belle Vernon and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the William R. Taylor Funeral Home in Monessen from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday,Sept. 1 and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday,Sept.2 where funeral services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 3,1977 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. W.J.Hubbard,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. William R. Taylor, funeral director in charge.
