Obituary

Edward J.Lorenzi,32,of 5 James St.,Belle Vernon,died suddenly of a heart attack in the Charleori-Monessen Hospital, Tuesday,June 12,1962,at 2:37 p.m.  He was born in Charleroi,March 30,1930.  He was a member of the St.Sebastian R.C.Church,and served with the U.S.Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.  He had been a resident of Belle Vernon since 1947,and was employed in the strip mill of the Pittsburgh Steel Co.  Survivors are his widow,Norma Stura Lorenzi,one son,Edward Mark,at home,his mother,Mrs.Josephine Rietz,of New Eagle,his father,Jordan Lorenzi,of Belle Vernon,and his grandfather,John Tognarini,of Fontana,Calif.  Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Requiem High Mass will be sung in the St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,Friday,June 15,1962,at 10 a.m.by the Rev.Andrew King.  Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Shelby D.Ferguson of Belle Vernon is the funeral director.
