Obituary

Mary Livi,64,of 801 Grant St.,Belle Vernon,died Thursday,May 17,1962 at 6:10 a.m. in the Brownsville General Hospital.  She was born in Pistoia,Italy,June 15,1897. Mrs. Livi,who was a resident of Belle Vernon for 42 years,was a member of St. Sebastian's R.C.Church,the Anita Garibaldi Society and the Defense Club, all of Belle Vernon. Surviving are her husband, Attilio; two sons, Ivan D.of Pittsburgh and George D. of Cyahoga Falls, Ohio; four brothers,Salvatore,Felix,Alfred and Armando Lazzari,all of Belle Vernon;five sisters, Mrs. Narcisa Breschi in Italy, Mrs. Bruna Mencarelli of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Ida Innocenti of Pittsburgh,Mrs. Olga Carini and Mrs. Elva Carini,both of Okmulgee, Okla. and three grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m. on May 18. Visiting hours will then be from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.  Requiem High Mass will be sung Monday,May 21,at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian R.C.Church,Belle Vernon,with Rev. Andrew King,pastor, as celebrant.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director.
