Mary Kathryn (Katie) Lehew, 77, of 326 Market St., Belle Vernon, died suddenly Monday,Dec. 18,1961 at 5 p.m., at her home. She was born in Belle Vernon, Nov. 5, 1884. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon, and the Edna Marsden Sunday School Class. She is survived by a nephew, Alden Lehew, Detroit, Mich., and a niece, Mrs. Glenn (Doris) Earienbaugh of Akron, Ohio. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 o'clock Wednesday evening,during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Friday,Dec.22,1961,at 1:30 p.m.,in charge of the Rev. Michael Hulihan,pastor of the First Baptist Church,Belle Vernon. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,Belle Vernon,is the funeral director.
