Services were held Tuesday, August 16,1977 in Cleveland,Ohio for Frederick Albert Koslasky of East Lake,Ohio,who died Friday in Cleveland Clinic. He was 5. He was born Oct. 9,1971 in Cleveland,a son of Fred and Susan Koslasky,who survivie. In addition to his parents,survivors include his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mildred Koslasky of Belle Vernon;his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Hesner of Cleveland,Ohio,and his paternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Enoch Koslasky of Belle Vernon. Interment was in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
