Victor Kopper;82;of 308 Center Ave.;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;March 1;1972;at 3:12 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a short illness. Mr.Kopper;who had lived in the Valley area for many years;had been a carpenter. He is survived by a brother;Joseph Kopper of Youngstown;Ohio;and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.in the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon. Services will be held Friday;March 3;1972;at 9:30 a.m.;when Requiem High Mass will be offered in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon;with Msgr.Martin J.O’Toole;pastor;as celebrant.
