Michael Kratky;83;of 732 Graham St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;February 9;1970;at 6:45 a.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a lingering illness. He was a retired employee of Peoples Natural Gas Co. Surviving are a brother-in-law;John Bartek of Belle Vernon;and several nieces and nephews.
