Obituary

Earl J.Kisko,40,of Daisytown,died Sunday,Aug.25,1968,at 12:25 a.m. in Brownsville General Hospital after a long illness. Mr.Kisko,who was born in Rices Landing on Dec.8,1927,was a member of St.Mary Roman Catholic Church in Daisytown and was employed at the Charleroi plant of Corning Glass Works. He also belonged to Local No.53,United Glass and Ceramic Workers of North America. Surviving are his widow,Grace Milan Kisko,a daughter,Theresa,and a son,Andrew,both at home,his father,Frank Sr.of Daisytown,two brothers,Alex of Collier,Pa.,and Frank Jr.of Grindstone R.D.1,two sisters,Mrs.Elizabeth Pastor of Grindstone R.D.1 and Mrs.Julia Zubovic of Belle Vernon. Preceding him in death were his mother,Mrs.Elizabeth Kisko,1951,and a sister,Mrs.Maxine Hayden,1964. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. Aug.26 at the Andrew J.Skirpin Funeral Home,Park Ave.Brownsville. Prayer service there Wednesday,Aug.28,at 9 a.m. followed by Requiem High Mass in St.Mary R.C.Church,Daisytown,at 9:30 a.m. The Rev.Ferdinand F.Lech,pastor,will officiate. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Andrew J.Skirpan Funeral home in charge.
