Arvo W.Knuttila;59;of Belle Vernon;R.D.1;died Sunday;Aug.11;1968;in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mr.Knurrila was born in Monessen Aug.7;1909. He was a graduate of Monessen High School and the University of Pittsburgh. He was also a member of the Pitt band. He was a chemist in the Monessen Coke plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Survivors include his widow;Eva Rousseau Knuttila;one son;Jack A.of Delaware;Ohio;one daughter;Mrs.William (Arnita) Hawkins of Oakmont;one sister;Eleanor Knuttila of Belle Vernon;R.D.;three grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Shelby Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held Wednesday;Aug.14 at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Donald McCoid of St.Lukes Lutheran Church;Monessen;officiating.
