Barbara (Petrusky) Kostichak,of Waynesboro,Va.,formerly of 712 Ninth St.,Monessen,died Wednesday, Dec. 25,1963 in Waynesboro. Born in Czechoslovakia, she had spent most of her life in Monessen, moving to Waynesboro in 1960. Preceding her in death were her husband, John,who died in May, 1959,and a son,Michael,who died in 1940. Surviving are one granddaughter,Mrs. William F. (Dorothy) Eppley of Waynesboro;a daughter-in-law,Mrs. Neil (Ann) Soderholm of Monessen;two sisters, Mrs.John (Mary) Churan of Monessen and Mrs. Helen Churan in Europe;two brothers, Andrew and Michael Petrusky,both in Europe,a brother-in-law,Goerge Kostichak of Monesse and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the H. Denver Rhome Funeral Home in Monessen after 1 p.m. on Friday. Services will take place Saturday,Dec. 28,at 2 p.m. in charge of Robert Castiaux of Charleroi.
