Raymond T. Kiefer,35,of 27 Schoonmaker Ave.,Monessen,died Friday,May 4,1962,at 7 a.m.after a long illness. He suffered a coronary occlusion. Born in Monessen,December 21,1926,he was a member of the Baptist Church. Mr. Kiefer was also a World War II veteran. Surviving are a daughter,Michele of Charleroi;his mother,Mrs. Lavurn Kiefer of Monessen,two brothers, Rodney of Monessen,and Larry at home; four sisters,Mrs. John (Elma) Mudron,Mrs. Robert (Frances) Lowe,and Mrs. Robert (Lydabell) Helon,all of Monessen,and Mrs. Edwin (Olive) Katon of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Edwin Melenyzer Funeral Home,Monessen,between the hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.,where funeral services will be held Monday,May 7,at 1:30 p.m.,in charge of Rev. Allen Herman,pastor of the Monessen Baptist Church. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin Melenyzer,funeral director.
