George M. Kenney,50,of 6 Grant St.,Belle Vernon,died Friday,Sept. 15,1961,at 4:45 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. A veteran of World War II,he had been employed at the Monessen Page Division of American Chain and Cable Co. He was a member of the Speers St. A.M.E. Church, Belle Vernon and of the Men's Bible Class of the church. Surviving are his widow,Ruth;nine children Diane,George Jr.,Kenneth,Terrence,Dennis,Ronald,Rodney,Gerald and Gregory,all at home; a sister,Mrs. Margaret Perry pf Monessen;a brother,Archie Kenney of New York;two nieces and two nephews. Friends will be received at the DuBoise Carter Funeral Home,Monessen.
