Joseph M. keracik,76 years, 399 Fell street, Belle Vernon,died Friday,Jan. 8,1954,at 3:40 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. He was born in Czechoslovakia. Surviving are two sons, Joseph D. and John P. Keracik,both of Belle Vernon; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Balaska and Mrs. Anna Rowley,both of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Ethel Barcelona of Charleroi;a sister, Mrs. Mary Krchnovy of Windber;nine grandchidlren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home,Broad avenue, Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the funeral home,with Rev. J.C. Puz,pastor of the Belle Vernon Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Charles L. Melenyzer and Shelby D. Ferguson are the funeral directors.
