Funeral services will be held Monday in Donora for Oliver (Baldy) Johnson;48;of 218 Braddock Ave.;Braddock. Mr.Johnson;a former resident of Monessen;died Thursday;at 9:30 p.m.in the Veterans Administration Hospital;Oakland. Mr.Johnson was born in Monessen on March 13;1927;and was a clincial chemist. He was a member of the Rankin American Legion Post and the Scroll Club of Wilberforce University. Survivors include his widow;Mary Ann Johnson of Braddock;one son;Eric Johnson of Toledo;Ohio;two daughters;Linda and Darlene Johnson;both of Braddock;his mother;Marie White of Monessen;his father;Henderson Johnson;two brothers;George Alfred Johnson of Annapolis;Md.and Leon (Pappy) Johnson of Monessen;one sister;Mrs.Florence Womack of Charleston;W.VA.;two aunts and his step-father;Philip White of Monessen. Friends will be received in the Percy Law Jr.Funeral Home in Donora from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday;Sept.6;and from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday;Sept.7;1975. Services will be held Monday;Sept.8;at 2 p.m.;with the Rev.A.C.Morris;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Percy Law Jr.;funeral director in charge.
