Obituary
Mary Jones,83,of Townsene Ave.,Girard,Ohio,formerly of Monessen,died Thursday,September 4,1969,at 11:30 p.m.,in Northside Hospital,Youngstown,Ohio. She was born in Wales,the daughter of Robert and Mary Leary Jones,and had lived in Girard since 1951. She also lived in Detroit,Mich.,where she was a member of the Ecourse Baptist Church,and was employed as housekeeper at the Lee Plaza Hotel. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Ague and Mrs. Dorothy Dickson of Girard, two brothers,Hugh Jones of Girard and William Jones of Provo,Utah. Friends are being received at the Glackstone Funeral Home, Girard,where services will be held Monday at 10 a.m. Interment will take place Monday at 2 p.m., in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
