William Jones;75;of Warren;Ohio;died Saturday;September 1;1956;at 9 p.m. Mr.Jones;who was a former resident of Belle Vernon;was a retired locomotive engineer. He was preceded in death by his wife;Rose Webb (Roberts) Jones in 1936. He is survived by one son;William Jones;Jr.;of Warren;Ohio;one daughter;Mrs.Otto (Laura) Mackey of Warren;five stepsons;Roy;Charles;Lee;Earl of Warren;and John of Monessen;one step-daughter;Miss Emma Roberts;also of Warren;twenty grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Edwin Melenyzer Funeral Home after 7 p.m.;Wednesday. Services will be held there Thursday;September 6;1956;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.Abner P.Richard;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin Melenyzer is the funeral director.
