Mrs. Helen Stamm Hurton, 77,formerly of McKean Ave.,Charleroi,died Sunday Sept. 21,1969 in Dade City, Fla. Born in Kittanning,she was a daughter of the late Benjamin and Eleanor Smarth Taylor. She is survved by a daugher,Mrs. John (Kathryn) Clark of Dade City;four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Harold L. Schrock Funeral Home,Charleroi from 7 to 9 p.m. Sept. 24. Service there Thursday,Sept. 25,at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. Francis M. Blair,pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold L. Schrock is funeral director.
