Obituary

James DeBarr Huber,47,of Sweeney Plan,Belle Vernon R.D.2,died Tuesday,Jan.2,1968,at 6:45 a.m.in Westmoreland Hospital,Greensburg,after an illness of three days. Mr.Huber was a mill worker at Penn Rillton Co.,West Elizabeth and was a veteran of World War II. He was born in West Newton on Aug.12,1920. Surviving are his widow,Eileen Turner Huber,a son,James Philip,a student at Pennsylvania State University,two daughters,Suzan E.and Heidi Rae,both at home,three brothers,William of Citrus Heights,Calif.,John of West Newton and Richard of Hawaii. Friends are being received at the James C.Stump Funeral Home,Sweeney Plan,Belle Vernon R.D.2. Blessing service there Friday,Jan.5,at 9:30 a.m.followed by Requiem Mass in St.Anne R.C.Church,Fellsburg,at 10 a.m. The Rev.Francis M.Lesniak,pastor,will officiate. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 8 p.m.Jan.4. James C.Stump is funeral director.
