Clarence (Buddy) Hess, 22,of 106 Mikula Road, Belle Vernon,died Thursday, Oct. 1,1964 at 4:10 p.m. in Mercy Hospital Pittsburgh, after a lengthy illness. Mr. Hess,who was born in Washington Twp.,Fayette County on Dec. 6,1941,had been employed at the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. He is survived by his parents,Mr. and Mrs. George Hess; five sisters, Mrs. Walter (Catherine) Muztafago of McKeesport,Mrs. Richard (Betty) Durr of Fayette City,Maxine,Kathy and Karen, all at home. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home in Fayette City. Service there Monday, Oct. 5,at 1:30 p.m. in charge if the Rev. James L. Hartford,chaplain at Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh,and the Rev. Abner P. Richards,pastor of Marion Presbyterian Church in Fairhope. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howad W. McCrory,funeral director.
