Obituary

Edgar J.Hall,58,of Gillespie,Fayette City,R.D.1,died suddenly at his home,Wednesday,April 15,1959,at 4:30 p.m. He was born in Arnold City,Washington Township,August 8,1900,and was employed as a millwright at the Allenport plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Company. He is survived by his wife,Florence,three sons,Warren of Belle Vernon,Barry at home,Duane,U.S.Army,stationed at Fort Jackson,South Carolina,four daughters,Mrs.Raymond (Audrey) McCrory of North Charleroi,Mrs.William (Vera) Popovich of Belle Vernon,Dorma at home,Mrs.Warren (Gwytha) Montgomery of Stroudsburg,Pa.,two brothers,Clifford of Van Nuys,California,and Russell of Fayette City,R.D.1,four sisters,Mrs.Earl (Roberta) Gillespie of Belle Vernon,Mrs.Rishel (Irene) Faye of Campbell,Ohio,Mrs.Michael (Gladys) Turik of Fayette City R.D.1,and Mrs.Herbert (Martha) Wright of Roscoe,and eight grandchildren. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Services will be held there April 18,at 2 p.m.,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The George M.McCrory and Son Funeral Home is in charge.
