Helen M. Jordan, 92, passed away on April 8, 2018 at MonValley Hospital in Monongahela, PA. She was born June 9th, 1925 in Monessen, PA, the daughter of the late William and Bertha (Wheeler) Epps. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Winferd R. Jordan. Helen Jordan retired from PNC bank after working for 25 years. She was a life long member of Wayman A.M.E. Church where she served as past President of the Usher Board. Helen was very active after her retirement as a member of S.A.C. (Senior Action Council) where she served as Treasurer. She had a passion for art, reading and gardening. Her greatest joy was her family whom she cherished. Helen will be remembered with love by her daughter Crystal Reader of Monessen, Pa. She was very involved in the lives of her grandchildren Jamie, and wife, Misti Reader of Belle Vernon, Pa and Jocelyn Reader of Baltimore, Md and great-grandchildren Jami L. Ramos-Reader of Richmond, Va, Farrah Reader and Roman Reader of Belle Vernon, Pa.
