Catherine L. Triggiani, 92, of Monessen, died on Tuesday May 2, 2017 in Hallsworth House, Monessen. She was born in Charleroi, on July 15, 1924, the daughter of the late Charles and Annie Parnell Holub. Catherine was a 1944 graduate of Charleroi High School and had worked as a seamstress for Charland Sportswear and Magure's Clothing. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Monessen. Catherine loved her granddaughters very much and treasured the time she spent with them and her great granddaughter. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Fafalios (Tim Landrin) of Monessen, two granddaughters; Nicole (Brandon) Heisler of Watertown, MA and Arlee (Austin) Dulak of Wakefield, MA, a great granddaughter Brynlee Heisler, a daughter-in-law, Mary Lou Triggiani Rothwell and husband Bill of North Huntingdon, several nieces and nephews, and by her dear friends Armand and Pauline DeRose, Julie Amendola, and Paul Ciccarelli. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Triggiani, a son, John A. "Jack" Triggiani Jr., three brothers, Herbert, Melvin, and Edward Holub, and by a sister, Thelma Jean Gilmore. Friends will be received in Dalfonso-Billick Funeral Home Inc. and Cremation Services, 441 Reed Avenue Monessen, on Sunday May 7, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday May 8, 2017 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Chaplin Donna Schmoyer officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
